Default Kelly point today (pics)

We hit Kelly Point with fresh smelt today, 60 some shakers, one 45 incher. 8 year old Evan had a blast.

I wish I knew what we were doing different then you guys. We moved three time before we finally got a bite. About 10:15 the bite went on but only lasted about an hour for us. Lori ended up with a fatty 46. So all in all not a bad day. Man the wind was blowing just before the tide change.

Fished below KP today, two of caught 18 fish on fresh smelt. One skinny 44" keeper and only one other was over 40". The wind really blew and we had to leave at 2:30 because of the combination of no current and lots of wind.

Good job on the fish today and keep bringing the kids out. We fished the toilet bowl for about 2.5 hours and only got 5 five shakers. we then moved down river about a 1/2 mile and hammerd fish till the tide quit running. No keepers but boated about 30 fish with 2 rods. Fresh smelt that was dipped on friday. and your right the wind and rain was UGLY thank god for tops and drop curtains.
