Default Clack steelies or CR Springers?

Ok I am looking to head out tommorow but i am looking for some advice of where to go. I can either drift the clack or head out to the big river for some springers? Any advice would be great.

The Clack would be my pick. Think it is still a little early for springers unless you got the bug real bad and understand that you most likely wont get one.
