Default Chinook Landing fee increase

Did anyone else notice the 10.00 dollar increase in the season pass, and 1.00 increase in per day fee's at Chinook?

I noticed, but if you buy the season pass it is still a good deal at least for me.

Do you think it will keep the lowlifes that steal from the parked cars away? I hope so.

Those lowlifes will be stealing from the rigs of affluent fishermen...those that can afford Metro's constantly escalating fees.....the season pass is a great way to go though...more bang for the buck.

I don't mind the $1 hike, since it was a major pain in the arse making sure I had four $1 bills, at least when it was self-serve. $5 makes more sense, and a lot of ramps are $6 or more.
On the other hand, we shouldn't have to pay that much for a ramp that isn't available 24/7 and has major crime problems.

<font size="2" face="verdana, arial, helvetica">Well, when you consider increase in launch fees, increase in license fees, etc, etc, etc...we're back to the question of "how much does it have to be before it's not a good deal anymore?" I wish Sundial was still open....

Just curious, as i have never purchased a season pass to CL - but, wehre else can you use that pass? As I understand it's a Mult. Co. pass that could be used other places as well.

Like to chase Winter Chrome on the Sandy? Your pass gets you into Oxbow Park.

Another $10.00 at Chinook Landing huh, I'll still buy the thing, saves me money in the long run.

OK, lets see.....Almost doubled boat license, another 20 bucks a year for the wife and I to fish, almost doubled car and truck license(3), extra income tax(retroactive), ALL IN A YEAR! I,m sure I'm missing something else. This ought to put this great state back on track I would think

Season passes are great. Just as an FYI...Camas charges $6 per day, but the season pass is like $36. There are weeks where I will launch 6 times just in that week!  So the pass can really save you money if you launch there a lot.

I used to have a pass at Chinook, and it was about the same, but as has been mentioned, it's good for other places too.

I'd sure like to see the state use our boat fees to improve dalton point boat ramp! Give the fishery a little competition. $7 is outrageous! I usually buy the 5 for $25 card. They also have a 25 for $100 card
