Question Fish Checker web Site?

Is there a web site that we can view to see what the fish checkers have counted at each boat ramp, per day?

How about what the gill netters caught per day?

Thanks for the info.

It would be great if we could get a daily count at each public dock ,

I'd like to see the daily count by the flyover airplanes too.

Thumbs up Re: Fish Checker web Site?

Nobrownline,

It would be great if you could post the sites you look at for the rest of us, but I also understand that you might not be allowed to.

Looks like the Commercial guys had their best opener so far at 21 fish. I didn't see that many boats out there either. (like 12 max) These fish are sure taking their sweet time getting here! The Columbian had a pretty detailed sports report today. That might be the closest we get to catch numbers.

Congrats, I drove along the bay for the last two weeks on 202, seen you guys out there one day only, what`s the deal? I thought you could net the bay most days. I wouldn`t mind getting out there for a day on a boat, let me know if you need a hand next week, no flames, I just want to fish. Bill

I believe they schedule three sessions a week. Salmon killed so far this year is 115 chinook and 5 or 6 sturgeon.

Ask your checker. I worked Port of Brookings last year as a sampler & every Monday I would print up a "Catch Summary" of the previous weeks numbers, species & size & weights of the biggest fish of the week. My local anglers LOVED IT! I know some checkers are not very... well you know. However, I know there is a couple of devoted & competent checkers there on the big C, so ask around & see if one of them would be willing to provide y'all with a weekly catch summary.

It's easy to see the weekly reports. Bill Monroe's blog on Thursday, the Columbia newspaper on Thursday, and the website posted by StihlHeadR. Daily reports??? Who knows?
