Re: My new sled
Wiz,
You are gonna love it! I have a 22' V-Sled. It is awesome! Alumaweld builds great boats, and you'll absolutely freak about how much fish fighting room you have.
My wife just threw in that if you put 3 100 Qt. coolers and all the crapola I "Have" to bring everytime we go fishing, you won't notice all the room...Don't listen to her.

Nice ride, Wiz!
We'll have to trade trips so you'll know what you missed.
Now get out there and catch that very expensive first fish! Do I hear "Springer"?????

Re: My new sled
Hey Wiz...forgot to tell you, you need to wrack it on the rocks and scratch all that pretty paint before it gets to carry a cooler full of fish. It's a rule!

Re: My new sled
Nice boat, Dan. I like your new signature line too, you sly dog.
The Madwiz has found new work. When does that boat get that big oval sticker, Dan? Put an ifish sticker right next to it!

Very nice Wiz. Not going to have to do rolllovers off the motor cover now while fighting a fish. Don't know about the paint though. Think it might need some yellow/green/black.

The ovil sticker has been here for months waiting for this boat. The drift boat has been running this winter with its ovil sticker. Sly?? why? Because I keep a good secret.

Re: My new sled
Nice boat!!!!
You'll have to tell me how you convince the wife to go bigger and better. I have a resv. with you for next Saturday. I want some driften' lessons, but would also like to bring home a fish. The son in law and I have a bet this year. First to catch a fish gets dinner by the other!

Re: My new sled
skunked
I told my wife I was trading up boats and she had a fit and wanted to keep the old one. So I conceded to her wishes and got the boat I wanted. She only goes about 4 times a year so I don't see why it should matter that much to her when I go 100 or more.
I caught a Steelhead in my smelt net yesterday. Maybe I should bring it along on Saturday. You better tell your son in law to get his check book out. I will call you Thursday night.

Don't worry, Wiz. I've got a few rattle cans left in Checker-Cab Yellow, and I'll come over some night and give you a paint job so we'll be able to recognize you once again.
Just kidding, just kidding!!
No holding you back now - nice ride.

Re: My new sled
That's a beaut Madwiz! You are going to love it. Maximum fishin' room.
When it gets really cold and rainy, you can tie up next to me and hop in. Top up, Drop-curtain down, heater on...box of donuts open. I'm gettin really comfortable with my old-man fishin style.
...but, you truly have a catchin' machine, there!!! Congrats

I don't know, Wiz. You may beed to paint that hog checkercab yellow. It has become kind of a Madwizard trademark! Your clients may expect it!
