I talked to Sally yesterday and she told me about the AMAZING contribution
the IFish group made to Emanuel Children's Hospital! I am truly touched by
the support and dedication you and your group have shown towards our kids.
Thank you for helping to make Christmas a special times for those who are
unable to be home for the holidays! Please pass my thanks on to all the

I HAVE SPENT THE LAST TWO DAYS ORGANIZING AND STORING THE TOYS YOU ALL DONATED TO LEGACY EMANUEL CHILDREN'S HOSPITAL. EACH GIFT WAS SO SPECIAL, FROM LYNDA SUTTON'S SPECIAL TOE SOCKS AND LOTIONS, DESIGNATED FOR OUR ONCOLOGY CHILDREN, TO THE BOOM BOXES THAT WILL GO TO PARTICULARLY POOR FAMILIES, I WAS OVERWHELMED. PETE MORRIS SAID THAT YOU ALL HAD A LOT OF LOVE AND CARE COMING OUR WAY, BUT YOU MORE THAN TRIPLED LAST YEARS DONATION!! I HAD BEEN CONCERNED BECAUSE THIS YEAR WE HAD NOT RECEIVED ANY DONATIONS SO FAR AND THEN THERE YOU WERE TO LIGHT UP OUR CHILDREN'S FACES. I KNOW WHY GOD CHOOSE FISHERMEN TO BE HIS DISCIPLES!!!! MAY YOUR HOLIDAYS BE AS BRIGHT AND WONDERFUL AS THE ONES YOU HAVE MADE FOR THOSE LESS FORTUNATE. I was unable to attend this year because of illness. After reading all the posts and seeing all the pictures of the party and reading that note from Sally I only have this to say.......
These are the things that make me feel proud to be associated with the people who follow this website. So many times I have seen the true love and generousity towards people in need.
From a little kindness comes a lifetime of good feelings.............
You all make me proud to be a fisherman.......

No, actually, caught a nice one yesterday, and Stew even netted it right! :smile:
We got two on the Wilson yesterday. It was fun! I love to fish with ifishers! :smile:
