Got my first winter this year with story!

Well it finaly happened. I caught my first winter steelhead tonight. I was at the Sandy above Dodge Park. Hear is the funny part of my story. Last December 28th I was at the Sandy(this is before the rains) I hook a fish and got it right to the bank. I saw that the fish was a funny shape. It was like a hunchback. Just about then the fish took one last shot at running and my line broke. Tonight I was fishing the same spot and I hook a fish. I got it right to the bank and it looked like the same fish. I put her up on the bank and what do you know. It was a hunchback with not just one hook in it's mouth. Yep It was the same fish. Same hook. Same leader. I can't believe that this fish was still there two weeks later......
So hear is a question............... was that my first winter steelhead of this year or does it count as a fish caught last year (heheh) :whazzup: :

Yarndog, thats just out of sight!!
These are the kind of stories that only other fishermen believe! What do you think the odds for a thing like this is??
Anyway, congratulations with the fish, I hope it taste good despite the handicap and the old extra hook!!
By the way, I was out fishing through a hole in the ice this afternoon, brought the kids and we all got to try our new skates for the first time. I just dumped a hook with powerbait down and ended up getting 11 nice rainbows in just two hours, one of them had a hook and line hanging out its mouth.
