Rip,

They are great downrigger rods and would work perfect for Bouy 10 this Summer. I have been using mine on Chums in the rivers lately. If you haven't used it yet you will be really surprised at the strength of it. I plan on using it for keeper sturgeon too this summer.

We have a couple, but w/ the Canadian Style mooching seat/cork on them. fantastic for that style of fishing. Use them for trolling lead-n-bait in big water where its important the fish not feel the load in the rod.

Does anyone have one of these? Where do you use it? Would it work for Buoy 10?
