Eagle Creek or Clack reoprt
Looking for a report on the clackamas and Eagle creek for Thursday. Talked to a few guys at Barton tonight sounds like it was rather slow out there  I am heading out Friday morning.
Anyone want to share some good news

Re: Eagle Creek or Clack reoprt
fished the canyon/eagle fern section of eagle creek today. the water is low and clear with no fish touched. not alot of people up there today. the word must be out that it's slow. the clack was a nice green but very windy.

Re: Eagle Creek or Clack reoprt
Been fishing the Sandy, the Wilson, N. Fork Nehalem, 3 Rivers, the Kilchis. Nothing doing on any of 'em. I'm gonna get my work done tomorrow morning and try a couple of spots in the afternoon on the Clack that I haven't fished for quite awhile. I figure this winter I might as well try and get skunked on as many rivers as possible.

Fished out of Barton this AM. Ran up and lost 1 at the boat, ran down and nada, saw nada and heard of nada caught.
Water is a little high but not much, great color but only 37.7 degrees, bbbbrrrrr!!
Good luck,

Hooked 12, kept 4 between 2 of us in 45 minutes on the clack. We only kept winters.

We went to Mc Iver, but took a left, instead of heading towards the hatchery.

Re: Eagle Creek or Clack reoprt
So Boedy, you were right below me at 3rivers, huh....with a hat on? I think i remember seeing ya. I figured the fish would be up against the riffles during this slack tiime between rains, so i just hung out there at the falls by the tree. They should stack up in there until nightfall or a rain to bring them across. Hopefully see ya again up there, or fish soon.

Re: Eagle Creek or Clack reoprt
Fished Eagle Creek Tuesday. No luck. Had one on for about twenty seconds. Had been using corky/egg combinations with no luck and was ready to call it a day. Decided to try a spinner or two. Tossed out a red bodied Bolo spinner and Wham! I caught a glimpse of what looked like a nice fish but just that quick my line went slack. Fish was gone. Fishing again next Tuesday. Perhaps better luck.

Clack
Lower was slow. Take your heaters. Water is a pretty color, but water temp is down there.

Re: Eagle Creek or Clack reoprt
Fished today from Carver up, from !0:00 till till 1:30 or so with plugs. Nothing happening with us or people I talked to. I thought that last hi-water would have done it. My last hope for this season is that the full moon (big tides) later this month will do it. If it doesn't happen then I'll just call it a tough year, had them before, probably have them again. I guess that's part of it, but really, if these fish don't show, what happened to them...?
