I have an 18' Yamaha G 3 welded sled with a trailer and an older 85 hp merc tiller.
$3,700 willing to seperate motor from boat.

That looks exactly like a sled I owned six or seven years ago. Same outboard jet and everything. That thing was scarry fast with that much horsepower if it's the same one. If I were to guess I would say that it ran in the 40ish MPH range back then.
