Hammond Crabbing?

A friend of mine did very well about 2 weeks ago crabbing out of Hammond, and I was thinking about going there tomarrow. The tides are 8am L to 2pm H. Any thoughts, reports or ideas are helpful. THanks

i think the comm. guys have the whole area coved with pots right now.roadsend said they had pot all the up too the bridge.but i have not been since the first of dec.good luck if you and let me know how you did.

I skipped going on New Year's day because of the commercial activity and the prospect of 60mph wind gusts. I haven't been since Thanksgiving. Let us know how you did if you go.

Mrs. GP and I caught these beauties north west of Hammond (about 1500 miles NW)

Started Mrs GP on a lifelong love affair with King Crab. Before she actually tried it for the first time on this trip she "didn't like it"
