Default Reel Quick Question
Just opened a late christmas present and it was a Shimano TR-100G. As I know less than s*#t...is this good for bait casting for steelhead? or just plunking? Thank You.

I don't think you'll enjoy trying to baitcast with it, but it'll make a good trolling reel.

That's little too large for steelhead, and too small for plunking. As you know, using incorrect sized reel will jinx your fishing mojo for seven years, so you better FedEx it over to me ASAP
