Default Heater Holders

I heard about these little clips or holders or something that attach to the boat and hold you Mr. Heater. Does anyone have one of these and how well do they work? How much? I'm a little skepticle becaues I keep thinking that it will be hard to keep from accidently burning things. I might get one for dad for christmas, but I would appreciated a little feedback Thanks.

I just set mine in the bottom of the boat. I use the 5 gal tank and hose, so that adds some stability to it. Had it in some pretty rough water on the JohnDay river this year, and it stayed put. I carry my tank in a milk crate bungied to the bow rail.

I have one heater that runs off a small propane bottle and for that one I use a small xmas tree stand to hold the heater. The small propane bottle slide right in.

My big one goes in a milk crate.

I have seen the things you are talking about at fishermens but thought they were pretty spend for what they were. It looked like a tripe to the hardware store and you could make your own for a few bucks.

The Mr. Heater I have uses those small disposible propane cans and has two holes in the back for mounting. I mount mine to the front cuddy cabin door using bolts with wingnuts so I can securely hold the heater in place and remove when I'm not using. Works great.
