Default Directions to the Christmas Party?

Help! I'm from Sweet Home, remember, and am seriously out of my element in a big city. Could anyone offer some driving directions for me? I've been to Milwaukie once if I remember correctly, and I was lost at the time.

I'll be coming up I-5 from the south. Do I take I-205? Do I go on into Portland? Do I stop at a pay phone and order pizza, then follow the delivery guy back?

We don't want to miss a minute of it just because we're lost and wandering around. Any and all help will be vastly appreciated.

Hi Skein,

I'd be happy to meet somewhere and show you the way. Fishermans in OC would work for me. Vickie gets off work at 5 so the soonest we could be there would 6:15-6:30.

Skein,
The easiest way would be to take I-5 to I-205. Take the Oregon City exit. Head North on McGloughlin and follow all the way in to downtown Milwaukie take a right on Monroe take your first left and follow to Pizza Parlour on right.

I like the follow returning delivery guy idea. That's brilliant

Fishermen need directions from the nearest boat ramp. In your case Skein, after shopping at the "Bed Bath and Beyond" in Tualatin you need to turn around and head south until you get to 205, follow it till you get to exit 9 which should be the first one after crossing the Willamette river. You will drive by the Fishermans Marine at the OC shopping center within the first block after leaving I205. Head North on HWY99 (or McLoughlin blvd for the locals). Go for about 3 or 4 miles thru Thomason auto dealerships and you will see a GI Joes on your right, your about 1/2 way there. Keep going until you get to downtown Milwaukie. You should see Tonya Harding tossing hub cabs when you get there. Hey wait a minute I live in Milwaukie Right after passing the boat ramp in downtown Milwaukie, you will need to take a right on Monroe St. Then a left after about 1 block. Pietros has a tall sign you can see for a couple blocks. It is very near the Estacada exit from HWY99 where you head east on HWY224.

Follow Tanner's directions. That's the easiest way to go.

Thanks, guys, I think I've got it.

BOE gets first prize though, since I (naturally) know where Fisherman's is (used to be Larry's, right?) and of course I know where GI Joes is, and I know what a boat ramp sign looks like, so hey, I'm almost there. I can just ask Tanya if I still can't find it.

At least his are the most fun. Tanner, I think I'll print yours out just in case.

Thanks for the directions and see you all tonight!

Skein

Just get in that black helicopter of yours and swoop down on all the folks wearing tinfoil hats and you're there.

I can't. I loaned the helicopter to the Geek.
