Ya if your an impulse buyer

I look at it this way day in and day out there are 2 basic colors that will kill as many if not more fish then all them shiny new colors.

I would be willing to bet the silver chartruse and the silver with green/chartruse kill more fish on a daily basis that most of the other colors put together.

call me cheap or stupid I probably am both but those are the 2 colors I use religiously and get fish. I use the same colors on gold kwikies and white kwikies for colored water. they kill plenty of fish.

lure manufactures are more keyed into your catches your eyes then they are in what catches fish any more it is all about the money to them.

I have seen my fishing buddies fall to then dang that thing looks good scam and then fish the things side by side with the old stand bys and watch the old standbys produce all the fish that day.

the fancy new colors do look sweet but then again most my friends got their fancy new colors hanging from their mirror or on a wall instead of the end of their line.

dont get me wrong sometimes there is one that comes along that just looks fishie and I buy it and give it a try.

when it comes to fishing i am a firm believer that the biggest part is being at the right place at the right time with something thats proven itself and getting in front of a fish that is destined to bite.

Gotta agree with QTFK, as long as there is some silver and chartreuse on it, it's going to work!! Just my .02!!

I have somewhere around 80 of them but always return to the same few. I still buy new ones when the new colors come out though  never know when you might find the new hot plug.

I have over 50 still in the box. and 20 some in the boat. I think I have 4 different colors. The color does not mean as much as a plug that, has a good action, The one that catches most of the fish Just My $0.02....Ross

Default The problem with kwikfish!!!

Every year, it seems there is a hot new colored kwikfish. After a while though, you have to get pretty creative just to have a place to put them all.
