I purchased mine straight from the factory, they were very friendly and easy to work with. If you are a vet they have a sweet discount,saved me about a hundred dollars. baymfg.com Any questions feel free to get a hold of me.

If you decide to purchase from Bay Mfg. I have an extra set of shaft, gear linkage, and water tube extension I'll make you a deal on that might save you some dough. Bay kit parts are for 2004 Yamaha 200 VMAX; pretty sure they also fit the 225, but may want to ckeck if you interested.
