Default Best thing to clean kinda rusty spoons?

I have several nickel wobblers, steel-lees, bear valley, skagit special, etc that are from many years ago when I first started fishing. Some of them have slight to medium areas of rust. Whats the best thing to clean them up without dulling the finish? I have some Never Dull wadding will that work??
thanks

Try the Never Dull first. Its probably all it needs.

Never Dull should work just fine, I use it on all my rusty or dull tackle.

Just clean your tackle with some Lemon Joy before using and you should be happy with your results!

Might try navel jelly. They sell a gel at bi mart that has worked well for me. Then do a follow up with steel wool.
