Man did it blow on the river today! I knew what the weather had in store but I had to hit the river. Fished from about 1:00 till dark with 24 fish to the boat and a keeper that was released as well (43 inch). We had to work to find the biters. The wind was brutal with it finally calming down just before sunset. Shrimp seemed to be the key today.

I saw Mr. Fisherman today with his new Christmas present. Nice looking boat with a sweet hard top

Maybe I'll see you guys on the river in the A.M.

It was good to see you on the Water Tacklebuster, and to watch you catch this shaker too...

Sorry it isn't the greatest.

On my way back to the dock my main engine lost power and really dogged out. I made it back on the kicker. O hope it is fuel related... Too soon to repower....

Sorry to read about your bad luck with your engine Mr. Fisherman. A friend of mine had a problem with his North River (V8 jet). His kicker for some unrelated reason wouldn't run either. Luckily he got towed in. His Northriver is designed where you have to shut off the fuel valve from the main gas tank to the kicker while running the big jet or the high pressure level drops and over a period of time this will wear out the high pressure pump to the fuel injectors. It was about a 600.00 fix!
