Default WTB canopy rack system

I'm looking to buy or build a rack to fit on top of my canopy. Something that will allow me to carry an Aquapod on top of the canopy without causing damage to the pod or canopy.
If anyone has any ideas, designs or knows of a prefabbed rack, I'm all ears.

Yakama makes some good.racks for that. You'll need to add 4 6" pieces to the canopy for all the bars to clamp on. The bars are round and there are a variety of foam and hard saddle pieces that fit the.bars.

Only downside is those adapters. They're small and dont look bad but they still require drilling the top.

Ive got a basic set of the bars I'm going to sell if you decide to go that route...also plenty on craigslist. I think they're is a used rack consignment shop (maybe "re-rack"?) in portland also.

Yep, I have been looking at some of the Yakima and Thule racks.
I have resigned myself to the fact I will have to drill into the canopy to get the kind of rigid mount I need to haul the pod 900 miles and feel like it will stay up there.
It looks like I'll have to buy the foam too, regardless if it is a manufatured rack or home build.
Thanks.
