Default Gas motors on the Alsea

Does anybody have a rule book handy? I would like to know if it is legal to run propeller motors on the Alsea above tidewater.

It sure is Grant. You just cant run a jet above some creek just above tidewater.

When are you going to put that motor away and learn how to row that cruise liner you call a drfitboat?

I don't mind rowing one bit. My boat rows great. The problem is that I can catch more fish with my motor stuck to the back. It doens't need to be used, just there like a sucurity blanket.

The reason I asked the question was because I had two different guys tell me I was in for a huge fine if a State Trooper caught me using it. I blew off the first guy but when I heard it an hour later I got kinda nervous.
