Is it captn kujo in the oregonian????

Just wondering I remember seeing a picture capn kujo posted of holdind a 50 cal bullet underwater a while back here on ifish the same picture is in the Sunday oregonian on page a20 of the sunday oregonian. The oregonian states that it is Kim Johns holding the bullet. Is it cpn kujo???? If it is [img]graemlins/applause.gif[/img]
