Default scent for salmon

What kind of scent works best for salmon. I use anise. Just though I would see what you guys use

anise makes a good base. i mix the hell out of my scents. sardine oil garlic shrimp bloody tuna etc. theres a long list of scents available.

Yes, use garlic and anise along with the standard cure. But mostly I've found the standard egg will do just fine and the scented eggs are the change up.

I don't scent my eggs too often cause they work just fine without, however, I have recently started using the bloody tuna by pro-cure and been having exceptional results!

I use a blend of sand shrimp and krill oil. Seems to work good.

Another vote for ANISE. Like fishbrain said, i almost feel like a mad scientist mixing my pro cure scents!!

Same here for anise oil if I use any scent. Normally, fishing eggs I don't bother. My eggs milk out real well by themselves and I think that's the best scent. My hands seem to always be dry so I don't think I transmit much to the eggs .
