Default Ifishers in Action: Supporting our Sport!

Ifishers, we've been busy this year! We've fished like maniacs, but consider all the other good things we've accomplished. I'll start the list. I'm sure I'll miss a few things, so fill in the blanks and accept a big pat on the back for making a difference in our sport!

I seem to remember something about a Developmental Fisheries Board?
Perhaps Pilar would know something about that…

YAY Pilar and Jen!

That was heroic and very satisfying work for them, and the others who put in hard time.

The Salty Dogs have been working with a fellow Ifisher(ChumKing) to develop new accomodating Tuna regulations which will go into effect for 2004. We tried for 2003 but they were already printed.

We also managed to postpone a decision on fish farming the coast to allow for some public input. I'm not sure where this is at right now.
