Default Columbia River Crab!!!

Went out today (Sat.) one hr. before top of high water. We let them soak for the one hr. pull. Three of us got 30 crab. We didn't expect that many as the commercial boys have their gear strung out in that same area as well as Desdemona sands, and across on the Wash. side from Chinook down. Well anyway, if ya want a few crab to chew on there's still some around.................Bobber Down

Thenks for the report. I thought the commercials would have that area cleaned out by now. If you don't have time to catch your own, Winco has fresh crab on sale right now for $2.38/lb. That's the best price I have seen in a long time.

Still getting some crab here! My son just got home from Iraq (did his four yrs. 3rd ACR Calvery). He really likes crab, so he's enjoying the crab, and we are really enjoying having him home. Happy Holidays.................Bobber Down

Bobberdown, Tell your son that I'd like to thank him for his service to our country. I'm glad he made it home safe.

Enjoy your crab.

I'd like to "ditto" what Kokanee-killer said! Please thank your son for his service to our country. Real American's know and appreciate the sacrifice he and his fellow soldiers made for our freedoms and the freedoms of the Iraqi people--whether they are grateful or not--they should be.

Thanks for kind words. I had my son look over my shoulder, so he could read what you wrote. That made him smile, and he said that was cool................Bobber Down
