So who’s going to fish the January 1st Gator challenge?

Hoggemin and myself are going.

Say start off at Fred's 7am January 1st. Just for fun lets say check in at Freds at 3pm.
I saw another post but haven't heard anything more about it.

So who's in..

My wife and I will be there if the weather's not too terrible, 17.5 Smoker Stealth, two black motors. Going on the first will give us a chance to clean out the big boys before the challenge on the tenth!

I don't put-in at Freds anymore though since he raised the price to five bucks and 'cause of his crappy docks.

OK, I'm officially confused!

The Gator Challenge is on January 10th, right? Is there another one on the First? or is the 1st, just a scouting day? It might be a good idea to edit the title of the thread to help avoid any confusion.

The Jan. 1st "outing" came on the board before the 10th "challenge came on.

What's confusing is calling the January first thing a "challenge". It started as a group fishing thing and the challenge was on the 10th. Now we have two challenges.
