Default River Levels

I would like to know from someone in the know, about optimum river levels for steelhead for the Wilson or Trask rivers. I have heard some guys don't go until it is a certain height. I like to go when it is about pea soup green. Any input on this. Thanks

Default Re: River Levels

I would say between 3.5 and 5.5 would be the best, from a boating standpoint. I'm sure banking it at those levels are good as well. Good luck.
