Default Winona Reels

I know some of you classic steelheads have used these reels. What do you think? They look like a blast to fight a fish on. What type of rods do you use with these? Any information would be Great.

Have a Great day.

I've used them for years, but never for steelhead. We use them when we fish for salmon in the saltwater. You're right about being fun to fish with. If you've never fished with a reel that has no drag, you'll probably lose a few fish before you get the hang of them. E-bay usually has them for pretty cheap,if you wanted to try one out.
