new member fish story
hello all,
very impressed with all of your knowlegde thanks!
my story starts out on a fall afternoon about 5 years ago on one of my local rivers. i didn't get to fish the hole that was the most productive because there were four guys already fishing it and no room for me. i went down river and fished the hole just below them I could see when they left. well i didn't hook anything while i waited with my eye locked on them. they hooked and caught there last fish,i let the hole rest a little but i did not waste any time claiming my new hole. there was not much time left of the day i had limited time. i had a #4 blue fox spinner on, after my second cast i had hooked my first fish, it was a 30lb chrome chinook. as i was playing the fish it got me around a rock and broke me off! i ran out off light. i was sent home fustrated, but i knew exactly where i would be in the morning. i was there the next morning at dark:30,after it got light i was fishing bait and i caght a nice 14lb coho. i had been fishing for an hour or so and i hooked another fish and it seemed to be in that same class as that one i lost yesterday, i was going to get this one i thought. well after about 8 min or so i had a very brite 30lb hen landed. as i went to get my hook out of the mouth here came swinging out was my #4 blue fox spinner, it was mine for sure because it still had my knot on the swivle. this was a very lucky day for me. this fish waited for me all night.
well i hope you all enjoyed it because i felt like i just relived it again.
