Depending on where you want to go heres a couple options to go with the other good ones you've gotten.
The hole below the TouVelle boat launch. (Take exit 33 off I-5, turn left(east), go to the third light and make a left on Tablerock road, go about 5 miles. When you cross the river, you'll see the left turn into the boatlaunch. Cost $3 to park. By the lauchramp itself, you'll see a trail through the brush. It will lead about 400 yards to the bend in the river.

Option 2 is go up hwy 62 past Shady Cove and fish at Caesy Park. Its about 1 mile below the hatchery.

the river is blown today. It went from 1100 fps to 3000+ this morning and muddy brown. Head up river and you can still fish (above Shady Cove)

Can't help with any first hnd information...been sick and unable to fish. We got quite a bit of rain last 36 hours. Haven't looked at the river, but think it's probably blown out. If so...then above Rogue Elk Park would be a better bet.
