Default Alsea for Me

Anyone want to hit the banks of the lower Alsea on Friday (if it's fishable) with me? Driving from Eugene....

i'll be over there for sure. not sure how the fishing is going to be, i actually have a feeling that this high water might bring in one more decent push of chinook rather than steelies. there are some chomer steelhead to be caught but i wouldnt limit yourself to only the lower section. good luck and if i see you i wont try to long line you too bad, jk

there are no returnies to the hatchary yet so don't go above mid way, which still will leave you say 20 miles minumum to fish. Above applies to steelhead, and of course is just my 2cents.

The river was extremely low on Monday. The rain should have moved the fish up.
