****** I love that one.

I've got a video of Rich (same guy) fighting a 40# chinook that jumped over the gunwhale of the boat and thrashed the heck out of it. If I could get it on a digital feed, you'd dig it.

I'll work on that.

Does this board have space to host short video files?

I have video of my son catching his first chinook and also some video of the Steelhead challenge last year with Zaq and Tanner.

I belong to another board (non-fish related) and they have the ability to upload and link in the post the video for all to see.

I've got a short (857 KB) ACTION mpeg that would be neat to share, but I'm not sure how to get it on here or link to it? Any help? Maybe I could e-mail it to someone who can do it....

The best I can do is fish while still on the line.

Here is a shark that was making Snapper fishing a challenge last summer off the Texas coast:

Well this pic is not that spectacular on the surface but just imagine me standing on a slippery rock in the middle of the Sandy trying to fight this steelie (in one hand) while fumbling with my tiny Elph digital camera in the other hand to get this shot. Pretty dumb thing to do when you think about it but

I finally found a couple I dug up. They were scanned, so they aren't that great of quality.

Here are two:

First one is me fighting one on a bobber standing on a boat ramp. I had to ask the guy with the boat to move his boat to the side, as the fish eventually went under the boat and the line wrapped on his motor even the way he had it. He wasn't going to move his boat. I limited that day.

Second one is a 37 pounds of November chrome. As my friend took this picture, another guy was fighting one if you look in the background. This was the only one I caught that day. The guy in the background caught and released probably 5 and kept 1 chromer.

It's nice to see 752 pictures of guys holding up their two fish, but how about some action shots? Scott and Grant have put some up lately, and there are a couple more on the board today. Anyone care to show us the stuff?

Would you rather see Clyde Drexler standing there holding the basketball, or in the midst of doing "The Glide"?

Let's see some chrome and steel doing "The Glide"!!! Show some action shots!!!

OK I have some from this year

Here is a pic of my son fighting his first salmon ever, a springer...

This is Sheryl, XTC's better half fighting a 59.75" sturgeon, the last is the picture of the prize with my wife Kristel helping Sheryl hold it for the picture

This is a pic of Cracker Joes wife Mary fighting a nice summer salmon

These a pictures of my buddy brad with a nice chrome Chinook that we let go because we were catching way too many fish that day...

THAT is a great action shot!! How did you manage to do that. And could you show ZaQ how to do it so he doesn't run his film bill so high.

Action, huh? Ok, here are a few movies to view. Not for the internet-bandwidth-impaired!

Small Summer Run Movie

Big Summer Run Movie

A funny salmon movie (Stlhdr1)

A funny salmon movie (parker)

Wait! Wait! Wait!

and, for those with a super fast network connection, here's my latest movie from Cabo San Lucas!

CD-ROM Quality - 150MB Movie!

There, is that enough action for you?

Here's some shots from the first week of December (last week), I was in Pennsylvania near Erie, with my son, and we stopped by 8-mile Creek where it flows into Lake Erie, banked 4 steelies in and hour. all released (yeah I know I'm stretching this fish's mouth, sorry). The state began a hatchery program 15 years ago in a dozen or so creeks and the fish now spawn on their own, an excellent fishery, hit it everytime I'm back to visit family. 10.5 ft. 6 weight rod, 12' leader, 4 lb. flourocarbon tippet, water is like gin. Little dude didn't get a fish this day but he hooked into some Coho in AK this Summer, he's getting there. S

Well these are pictures my boss took of me when I was solo this fall. Picture 1 is of me looking back at my buddy letting him know I was the first out of the 15 boats to back out of the line with a fish that morning

The next is a the hard part being the only one with the net and the rod at the same time.

But I'll tell ya what,It sure is a rush by yourself. And if you lose the fish you can blame it on the dog and no one will ever know!!
