Strugeon Challenge Teams- How To?????

OK, there are many responses to the January 10th Challenge, but what's the game plan (or is there one)?
Is this a formal day out...Ie, we register, pay a fee, and check in with fish at a certain time?
Who is in charge here?
How do we register?
Is there a cost?
Are there prizes?
How many teams can enter?
What makes up a team (4 people?)
What waterways are open (Boat ramps?)?
No smack here, no dancing carrots, no shout outs, just need to sort this stuff out without reading 10 pages of "stuff".
If possible I have a boat full readt to fish!
