mercury 40 horse mid section fs or trade (price drop)

I have a mid section with mounting bracket for a 40 horse merc. does have power tilt/trim but I took the pump off to put on my motor when it went out so it only has the piston. I thought I would keep it around just in case I needed it but it is just taking up room. I only have ebay prices to reference, they are going anywhere from 175-475
So how about 75.00 OBO or trade for ????
