Default Looking for Indoor Boat Storage

I'm looking for indoor boat storage for 26' boat and trailer - overall length about 32'. Looking to store between Oct 1 and March 31 in East County - Gresham, Damascus, Boring, Sandy, Eagle Creeek, Estacada, etc. May need to have access for minor maintenance and upgrades while in storage. Hoping for a price under $200/month. Any leads or ideas?

Thanks.

Try Portland RV Storage, off Johnson Creek in Clackamas. You can only access the boat during their operating hours, kind of a pain for short-notice trips. The warehouses they use are not heated. Price is decent, and it is very secure.
