Default the best and easiest way to cook trout

first you gut them of course and then with the skin on and take the tail and head. cover the fish with flour and add salt and pepper while frying them and when they are done they should be gold and brown then just peal off the skin and bones this is very good with hash browns for breakfast

i learned this recipe from a fench man who owns two resteruants

so...what do you fry them in? oil? butter? I like 1/2 butter and 1/2 oil as it browns up the fish nicely. I think high lake brookies or kokanee are the best. The crispy tail is the best part!

ya oil and butter and lots of salt fo the planters but the best ever was when i was at wallala lake and we fished of the dock with power baitand the water was so cooled and clean the meat was like a salmon and we caught them alot so we had fish for dinner and every other meal same with the kokane but i will have to try the tail if u say but te french guy liked the heads raw
