rags????

I LOOKED ALL DAY YESTERDAY FOR THE WHITE BACKER RODS TO MAKE THE RAGS BUT I COULD NOT FIND THEM. CAN ANYONE HELP ME ON WHERE YOU BOUGHT YOUR MATERIAL. THANKS FOR YOUR HELP!

I bought mine at Fred Meyer. Ive also seen them at ACE True Value hardware stores.

Try Tillamook Bait Company. I think they were running specials on them a while back. I am not positive and do not want to upset anyone if they werent.

Here is where I got all my backer rod. Excelent place. Received it very quickly. and good prices too. I have had just as much luck on the grey stuff as well. This place also sells the smaller 1/4".

Hi. If your looking to just order off the internet, I found some 3/8s at Vision hooks and tackle, they are out of Olympia WA.. I also am looking for some 5/8s here in Washington and having a hard time. Anybody know of some on the internet, please let me know. Thanks.

If your ever around Newberg there is a concrete supply store called Delano's on 2nd and S
Meridian that sells it for around .2 to .5 cents a foot I just bought a bunch and spent like 2.60 enough to make tons of floats and smaller material for rags.

If you click the link I left up above, You can order it at the Log Home Store for dirt cheap. Somthing like $3.00 for 25' of it. I did this last year and probably have a life time supply of it. I think it only took 2 or 3 days for it to arrive in the mail.

I used the grey stuff for years and caught lots of fish, switched to white when I found it, still catch fish, but not noticably many more. I did find some pink backer rod and am gonna give it a try. I can post results later. MM
