Foxer, yes, up river from the bridge. I was with William when he landed that nice bright Chinook hen yesterday on the first cast - lots of fun, although I struck out. We saw two other guys up there, one had kept a kinda bronze male.

It was not an early springer, but one of those Dec Jan Nooks they tried to start a few years back that didn't work. But it was bright

Fished the Kilchis yesterday and caught a nice bright hen on my first cast, bobber down. I was up river fishing bobber and eggs, the guys at the bridge had two dark ones on the bank. She was fat and bright about 27lb. I LOVE CHROME IN DECEMBER!!!!!!

Hit the dam hole on the Trask on the way home, nothing. I might be up that way again on Fri.

Good job William. We were at the park for a bit but didn't do much fishing. We did manage to get a steelhead apiece from another area river. All bucks, 6 to 8 pounds... chromers.
