I have a big commercial life ring from a tug. It is orange and has a rope that goes around it. it has some small cracks on it from weathering but it is definatly functionable. I found it in the columbia and was going to hang it by my pool but the wife axed that Idea. You can have it for free if you would like. I live in westlinn and my shop is in nw portland if you want it let me know.
