Fresh Salmon eggs available

We will be getting fresh salmon eggs a couple times a week over the next few months. These are fresh northwest eggs from Oregon. They are the nicest fresh eggs you can get in the northwest. They have not been frozen first of shipped out of Alaska. They are fresh from Oregon rivers; they start off the year as surplus spring chinook eggs. This week they have been small skeins about the size of a winter steelhead skein. They will get bigger all summer and by August and Sept they will be full size chinook skeins.

If you are interested in getting some fresh eggs please call 503-606-EGGS (3447) or email amerman@oregoncoast.com I am starting a list of people interested and will fill orders as they come in. They are $8 per pound and orders of 50 pounds or more will be $7 per pound. These will be available the day they come out of the fish (usually eve) around PDX, Salem etc. We can make arrangements if we have enough people from other area's wanting bait.

We will get them next on Tue the 19th and should have them weekly all summer.

The eggs are starting to get real big an mature, perfect for bobber fishing. We should have fresh eggs all this week. If you want just small skeins we are still seeing a good bunch of those too. Stock up no for fall and next spring.
