Default new angle to stop sringer gillnetting. MAYBE
I want to see if anybody knows who filed the lawsuit to stop the state fishery,s dept from keeping the caspian terns from nesting on sand island in the lower columbia ,I think 2 years ago? If anybody can help me I think I might have an idea. let me know .
