Default chinook landing

All you sturgeon guys out there ready for Saturday morning...
The Hammond ramp (I read on ifish and called to make sure) is still closed.
Also, had a call from someone today who said Metro has been closing the gate at Chinook Landing at Fairview (Troudale) at dark (I think, gotta check) and doesn't open it until 6:30 or so...He's an angry duck hunter...
Apparently, you can get out of there at night by calling the Fairview cops, but they're not very happy about it...

Bill,

I was at the Hammond ramp yesterday to take a look. The ramp is fenced off and there are 30-35 huge slabs of concrete sections ready to be spliced together. There is a large grader, a backhoe, and a cat all working. It will be at least 6 weeks until it is ready.

Hey Bill....Not too much more of a drive, but if you head up Hi Way 14, you can launch at Camas/Washougal...which...I'd say is what??? About 2 miles above Chinook Landing??

And you can launch anytime there. 24 Hrs.

FYI

Mark
