Well ladies and gentleman I am the pround grandpa of my very first granddaughter as of 9:20 this evening.

Her name is Natalya and she is a keeper let me tell you. 6lb 1oz and 19 3/4

As a first time grandpa I belive we will start fishin as soon as her mom will let me. I think a good fishin name for her will be "Nate"

Congratulations. They are esp. neat at this age. I have five granddaughters and love them all. Three like to fish and one wants to visit and fish, so that makes me happy. The other lives in Calif. and if I get her to ever visit, I told her I would take her fishing.

I taught My two sons and daughter to fish and they all love it. I often think that the female is a better fisherperson.

Hope you find a good fishing outfit for her Christmas.

Now don't you go spoiling her. :grin: Especially with her own lifevest and takle box. She still is a little young and I doubt mom's gonna let her out of her sight for awile. Glad to hear she's healthy. Enjoy.
