Default Frozen non cured eggs

In late October there was a post regarding eggs that were frozen but not cured. I looked it over, but I still could not find a recipe for the brine. Most people said you need to brine them, but I am hoping someone will post the ingredience in a simple, easy to follow order.

The Web Site offered said nothing about previously frozen eggs.

Thanks again,

Rusty

Default Re: Frozen non cured eggs

I just cured some frozen eggs in Amerman's cure. So far so good but give me a few days to see how they turn out. Grant
