Sake, clinatro marinade for salmon
Start with three cloves of garlic and a fist full of cliantro, place in a bowl or cocktail shaker and muddle with toasted sesame oil. Add a bit of fresh ginger and a few ounces of sake and thats it. Let marinate for thirty minutes. Throw it in the oven on the top rack on broil untill the top starts to get golden brown, about twelve mins. Then move it to the bottom and turn off the oven and wait five more mins. DONE!
