vision hooks

I tried to order 600 #2 octopus barbless hooks on line last night but could not because they do not except VISA. I tried to email Vision but I received no response. I was wondering if anyone knows where I can purchase these hooks? Thanks.

Contact Joe "Superfly" Superfisky at (360) 888-7772. He's the Vision Hook Guy in the Northwest....and they are Sweet hooks!

I know Joe has been in process of moving. I know he is about to, or just did, get his computer up and running. Will probably be checking backed up emails.

Yes, our on-line site accepts VISA. Always has, always will!

Our site *verifies* your VISA before a purchase. You might want to call your bank and make sure the information you're giving us matches what the bank thinks it should be. Phone numbers are big culprits.

I assure you, our on-line site GLADLY accepts VISA!

Also, what email address did you use? I get *all* vision emails..and haven't seen any this weekend.

I placed an order with Vision in Sept. and when I had not received anything I emailed them using the email address on the website.

I got no response to my email, but I did get part of the order filled.

I emailed them again last week, about when I would get the rest of my order, and still have not gotten any response. (And yes they were happy to accept my Vissa.)

Oops!! I tried ordering the hooks again and was able to. I found the drop down box this time where it gives the option to use my credit card. The only choice I the found on the first try was the electronic debit use, the VISA option was missing the first time. Sorry for the confusing post. Thanks, Joe aka Superfly and Parker for taking the time to help me with the order.

Sorry, but all I can say is that the web site works as advertized. If you did not get a bounced email, it went through to the desired person.

I was not on the orders@vision, products@vision, or vision@visionhooksandtackle.com email lists.

I am now.

I will talk to Joe/Justin and suggest some changes. There is no excuse for ignoring, or never responding to emails.

Still having problems with vision -- tried another email to see when I would get the rest of my order on the 16th and still no response!

Maybe vision is not getting my email?

Does anyone no how to reach them other than email?

when theres problems with an order they are traditionally hard to reach. just reality for vision.
