At high slack, we caught two beautiful, chrome hens. They went 24# and 28#. Once again, we were pulling Thumpers just below Jack Salmon Point. Saw Len Self get a nice chromer about an hour before we hooked up. Only heard of or saw 4 fish caught in the area aside from ours. I would think we got lucky and got some fresh fish on the afternoon incoming tide.

Good Job Nuttinbutnet! My partner and I was at the hospital hole sunday from 0830 to 1300 and saw only 2 caught. One from a boat trolling a flatfish, and the other from a bankie who was plunking birdy drifters. Saw several fish rolling and jumping, no biters though. Except for the wind and rain. :smile:

Hey BobThomas, I must have passed you guys a couple of times. I was anchored above the Hospital Hole bobber fishing out of an alumaweld guide model. I saw the guy catch the fish plunking drifters. Yell at me the next time I come thru and you're there. I'll pick you up if fishing there is slow!
