Default Education Commercial for CNR fishing (Idea?)

I understand that most everyone that uses this site knows very well how to properly do CNR, but to many do not know how to do this properly. I would like to see an educational commercial for CNR fishing to show how to "Properly" release a fish. I don't think alot of people know how to properly release a fish, or mabey they do not care enough to take the time to "do it right" but mabey if they were to see it on the tube (TV) day after day it might catch on as "the thing to do". I also think the commercial should end with a cinario showing what the penaltys could be for not doing everything possible to revive a fish and turn it back home unharmed.I do not know what it would take to get something like this going but I do beleive it could make a differance as to how people do things. I would like to know what people think of this type of "training", and see if others would have different ideas for TV commercial training, streamside sighns, billboards or whatever might work to get bad habbits lost & good habbits taught. A reminder to pack out what you pack in should be in there also in my opinion. These are only sugjestions, please don't take them otherwise.
