Default TH rods...

I spent a while talking with Travis about what kind of fly rod I would want for steelhead and chum.
He suggested one, and had it made up for me.

I have had it for over 6 months, and finally, FINALLY bought the line for it!

It is awesome! I can cast it! Even with a weighted fly! It was so exciting, because I have spent two summers trying to learn fly casting with my little trout rod, and it paid off!
A big Thank you to TH Custom rods, for a beautiful fly rod that I can handle!

YAY!

I didn't catch anything, but had a blast double hauling, and successfully getting all the way across the river! What fun!

I can't wait to get a big fish on and freak out about how to reel it in. Hand, or reel, or just sit there and scream???

Thanks again, and I think I'm in love with fly fishing!

Jen

Gee, what a huge problem.. "How do I reel this fish in?" That is a problem we all want to have. Can't wait for your to have a chance to figure it out!

And you say you say you can cast all the way across the river? Now, I am jealous!
