tea, hot chocolate, lemonaid, mojitos, chew on it for stomache cramps/aches/soreness. help digest food (works great after thanksgiving!) anti-inflamitory you can rub on sore muscles, its also a anti-iritant so you can rub on some rashes to sooth pain. the uses of peppermint is almost endless and can almost be described as a cureall from sore muscles to digestion and headaches. i have about 10 different types from mint to russian sage to basil that are all usefull. i love them

I am not a mint fan at all, however, the other day I was watching the bar tender at our local restaurant make watermellon mojitos and I had to try one. 1st time I've ever had a mojito. Holy cow, good stuff! Mint wasn't overpowering at all.

There are probably a bunch of recipes on foodnetwork.com, the site that The Food Network runs, with mint in them. Lamb is always a good one for mint.

Spearmint is pretty closely related to basil. Cooked into a dish it tastes a lot like basil. Many people would not be able to tell the difference.

My first thought was Mojitos, too. Close second and my wife's first response was Juleps.

When I was a kid living with my great grandparents Mint was growing everywhere that Honeysuckle wasn't. The smell of the stuff is my idea of what heaven must be like.

Chop a few leaves and mix into your salad vinagrette - adds a nice dimension to a salad!
