Just looked at it its a cannon unitroll sorry its not a clamp on it has a base but the unit is removeable

I have a pair of Scotty Lake Troll, that slip into rod holder mounts. I also have the hardware to set one up as a clamp. You can also get an additional clamp setup from Scotty.
